The first house, a family house painted yellow, has 2 levels, ground and first floor. All together it has about 260 mē.
It has 2 apartments on the ground level.
One apartment has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This apartment has about 60 mē living space.
The second apartment has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. This apartment has about 38 mē of living space and its own 14 mē covered terrace.
The upstairs apartment has a big kitchen with a dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra shower room and a separate toilet.
It has 92 mē of living space and 30 mē of terraces.
One terrace is in the front of the house, one at the back of the house and a covered one at the top of the outdoor steps which is the entrance area.
